As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Manager to lead our CUSTOMER SERVICE operations effectively.
Role Summary:
This full-time role, based in our Gold Coast office, requires a dynamic individual capable of managing our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM in the Philippines and acting as a vital link with our Australian warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM to ensure efficient 24/7 operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our Australian warehouse teams and the Filipino CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM to streamline operations, improve customer response times
- Travel to the Philippines quarterly to provide direct management, training, and support to the team.
- Develop and implement strategies for team expansion and enhanced CUSTOMER SERVICE delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a CUSTOMER SERVICE environment.
- Strong ability in managing cross-cultural teams and operating across different time zones.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and manage teams remotely.
