Supplying a comprehensive range of high-quality commercial and residential door hardware products to commercial construction, fit out and maintenance industries.
We are seeking a Full time Customer Service/Warehouse person to join our team. Monday-Friday (38 hours per week). Salary dependent on experience.
What will you be doing?
- Trade counter sales, advising on products and solutions.
- Processing sales transactions and data entry
- Responding to daily emails and phone enquiries
- Raising and follow up of purchase orders.
- Warehouse duties including goods inwards and packing outgoing orders.
- Maintaining a well-presented store and warehouse area
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- A strong sense of customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in retail / trade sales, building & construction preferred.
- Ability multi-task and prioritize.
- Basic computer skills
Applicants with door hardware and/or Locksmith knowledge highly regarded.
