The purpose of this crucial role is to support the GIO Workers' Compensation Claims business provide Best in Market claims service. The
Claims Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our key brokers. They'll be able to articulate GIO's Workers' Compensation Claims strategy and advocate for our claims service, people and processes. They'll provide the link between our claims service and the intermediated market. With a clear focus on making GIO easy to do business with, the CRM will gather competitor information through the use of our strategic relationships enabling GIO to differentiate itself.What you'll do (not limited to):
- Build an understanding of individual brokers with a view to developing bespoke claims solutions for our premium brokers.
- Be accountable for finding solutions and resolving claim escalations
- Help develop and enhance GIO's Broker NPS platform
- Compliance with a visitation plan as agreed with premium brokers
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to assist in driving us to the position of providing “Best in Market” claims service
- Work closely with the KAM, SRM, BDM and Claims teams to advocate for and promote our claims service
- Acting as a reference point for Premium Brokers/Advisors and the business in the development of our claims proposition.
What you will bring:- Proven experience successful leading teams
- Extensive Knowledge of the Insurance industry - direct and intermediated
- 5 years operational Claims management experience
- Strong ability to work cross functionally, build internal relationships and communication skills
- Extensive Customer and Supplier management
- Leadership and Coaching Skills.
