-You can view and print these PDF attachments by downloading .This is a Pool process with permanent and fixed term, full time opportunities.Currently, there are 3 permanent level 3 Supervising Customer Service Officer positions and 1 permanent level 4 Team Leader position available.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Supervising Customer Service Officers are responsible for providing direction and support to a team to achieve outcomes. This includes:

  • Planning, scheduling and monitoring the workload within the team.
  • Provides advice on court practices and procedures to all client groups.
  • Liaises with internal and external court issues to ensure the provision of timely accurate and detailed level of service.
  • Ensures effective two-way communication between management and staff.
The Team Leader positions are responsible for assisting in the management of all the necessary services that support the registry. This includes:
  • Assisting with the management of human, financial and physical resources.
  • Providing advice in respect of complex enquiries and correspondence relating to registry complaints, practices and procedures.
  • Instructing staff on procedure and assisting in the development and implementation of initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing training programs in relation to Registry Services.
ABOUT YOUAs part of the Magistrates Court, Perth team, the successful applicants will be expected to:
  • Work to improve communication and model integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Operate within the Department's Corporate Governance Framework, policies and procedures and ensure effective transparency and accountability of all Department activity.
  • Operate within the chain of command to coordinate activities required to meet the Department’s strategic objectives.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve common goals and best practice and facilitate business improvements as appropriate.
  • Facilitate cultural and management reforms within the Department through leadership and engagement.
  • Represent the Department’s interest on committees and working groups as required.
