We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, highly intelligent individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Agent, focusing on Sales & Customer Service tasks within our business.
This Role: Presents an opportunity to join a company in a strong growth phase, and as such, the right candidate has the opportunity to rise and flourish internally as the company continues to grow.
Our products relate to:
- Caravan Appliances for the RV, 4WD & Camping market; portable camping fridges, upright caravan fridges, caravan air conditioners, 12/24 volt appliances, solar power etc.
- Caravan Accessories
- Caravan Spare Parts

- Caravan & RV enthusiasts
- Camping & 4WD enthusiasts
We are a dynamic company that is disrupting the traditional retail landscape within our industry.
Our Goal: To be Australia's largest Online Retailer of Caravan accessories.

Working as part of our small team, this role will be very hands on and will involve being exposed to various parts of the business.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Sales and quotation processes
- Customer service responsibilities (phone, email and live chat)
- Business operation tasks & logistics (liaising with suppliers, freight companies etc.)
- General admin duties
- Product knowledge and expertise
- Working with existing management and business founders to aggressively grow and scale the business
- Various other tasks including; help with marketing campaigns, website quality assurance, inventory management, etc.
Skills and experience
In addition to the Customer Service & Sales related qualifications, experience and skills listed below, it is essential that the right candidate have:

Skills:
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (chiefly Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
