About the Role – Online Customer Service Representative (PM & Night Shift)

Reporting to the Online Service & Returns Manager, you'll play an integral role in providing an exceptional experience for the DISSH customer. 

  • Utilizing our Customer Service platform (Gorgias) you will promptly and authentically respond to queries through our live chat, email, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, phone and more. 
  • Resolve issues and answer queries in a tailored and efficient manner. 
  • Be an escalation point for casual team members to resolve administrative or complex issues.
  • Increase consumer trust in the DISSH brand through targeted review channels
  • Compile insights and feedback and submit daily end of day reporting with a continuous focus on improvement.

The Roster:

Monday: 12:30pm - 9:00pm

Tuesday - Friday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

On your first day, we expect you already have:

  • Experience working in an ecommerce/Customer Service department (experience in the retail industry highly regarded)
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding KPI’s
  • A passion for Customer Service excellence and providing an industry leading experience 
  • An empathetic and naturally authentic approach to Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and comfortable providing feedback and training on grammar and tone of voice as required
  • Experience analysing, interpreting and preparing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the DISSH brand, values, vision, and mission
  • Excellent organisational skills
