- No outbound calls! All in bound calls, providing exceptional customer service to the local community.

Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Interact with customers over the phone, conveying information clearly and providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Problem Solving: Assess and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the company's offerings to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Patience and Empathy: Handle inquiries calmly, demonstrating empathy towards customers' concerns.
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an Inbound Call Centre environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to challenges in a changing environment.
- Effective problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Understanding of retail energy market and regulations is an advantage.
- Must be fully vaccinated and have full Australian working rights.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
