Experience and Skills
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability and willingness to learn various new systems, passionate about working in Customer Support and sales, ideally with an interest in niche software and technology
- Deploy sales skills to engage new and existing clients with our product and service range
- Continually build our industry relationships with new and existing clients
- Have an analytical mind to identify problems and find solutions, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers, team leaders, managers and fellow staff
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
