Overview of role
This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure products and services are configured and billed accurately in our Customer Experience Platform (CXP).
A snapshot of your day
As our Customer Solutions Officer, you’ll be accountable for:
- Providing a positive and professional customer service experience
- Performing and understanding billing and payment transactions, information statement applications and tenancy enquiries.
- Ensuring required reports and outputs are in place and submitted to relevant bodies as required.
- Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice on process and product change, along with offering solutions and outcomes
To be considered for this role, you will have minimum Year 12 education and or relevant experience in an administration or finance/ billing position.

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 2, $61,250 - $71,468 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
