About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Strategy Principal within our Customer & Strategic Insight team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of the Corporation’s Customer Strategy to influence our customer centred ambition. This role is pivotal in shaping the future experience for our customers and community and will help focus our investments on customer initiatives in line with Corporate Strategy.

What the role will involve

·       Provide strategic advice and expertise to help define customer value and drive Corporate and Customer Strategy outcomes. 

·       Facilitate planning and delivery of initiatives in line with the strategic roadmap.

·       Lead and deliver customer value propositions across retail and businesssegments and channels. 

·       Leverage customer data and  insights to define strategies, projects and programs aligned with our ambitious customer aspirations.  

·       Drive collaboration with key stakeholders to influence customer culture, capability, and performance. 

·       Work closely with senior leaders and peer roles to ensure customer insights inform and enable strategic decisions business wide.

Key skills and experience

·       Degree level qualification in relevant discipline.  

·       Substantial experience in customer Program and Project Management and identification of business initiatives to uplift corporate objectives. 

·       Considerable experience in the management of strategy, customer insights activities and the identification of customer experience opportunities.  

·       Considerable experience in the development of customer programs and recommended strategies to achieve key business objectives and performance indicators. 

·       Considerable experience in driving a centre of excellence and building a customer centric culture to improve decision making.
