The Role
Due to our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to join our small and dynamic team. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to further their recruitment career and expand their knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong working relationships with a wide variety of hiring managers and provide regular and timely updates on their open roles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on selection techniques and improve capability of hiring managers on making sound, evidence-based decisions free from bias.
- Provide candidates with an industry leading positive user experience.
- Develop talent pools of suitably qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Source active and passive candidates via professional and social media platforms.
- Support the recruitment activities for apprenticeships, graduates, and interns.
- Collaborate with the team and our Marketing & Branding professionals on employer branding and recruitment campaigns using marketing and advertising mediums.
- Actively participate in business improvement initiatives of the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a preference for resources industry technical knowledge and understanding.
- Deep knowledge of resourcing and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Effective relationship building, business partnership and communication skills.
- Strong Influencing, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Problem solving mindset, sound judgement, self-initiating and deadline driven.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivery.
- Recruitment experience in the international market would be advantageous.
