This pivotal role will see you working across all business units and programs and working closely with key stakeholder to ensure delivery and support of the strategic objectives and vision of the portfolio.Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Success, this role will require you to support and lead the delivery of multiple projects.About youThe University values courage and creativity; openness and engagement; inclusion and diversity; and respect and integrity. As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned to these values and are looking for a Customer Success Manager who:Has a minimum of five years’ experience in a related field.Has experience with Salesforce and/or CRM.Previous experience successfully performing in a Customer Success, project delivery, business analysis or change delivery roles.Proven success applying change management principles in initiatives and projects.Highly personable, strong relationship builder with a proactive customer focusExcellent analytical skills, process orientated and strong attention to detail.Can-do attitude and results driven.Ability to reprioritise tasks and be agile in your approach, make decisions, and flexibility to adjust to changing demands of the role and portfolio.Being the trusted advisor to key stakeholders by understanding their existing and future roadmapExcellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skillsBonus Points:Passionate, Creative and CommittedAbout usThe Advancement Portfolio team at the University of Sydney is the most successful fundraising program in Australian higher education.
