Our CrowdStrike virtual security operations centre offers opportunities to expand your knowledge through a wide variety of experiences to help you improve your technical and interpersonal skills.Working Hours:You will be expected to work full time hours during the winter break, and potentially 3 days a week during the semester.What You'll Do:On-the-job training and projects including, but not limited to:Monitoring, triaging and researching technical support and internal team requestsAssisting the Technical Account Management Team in reporting and analysisCollecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectivenessDeveloping communications and digital content to engage customersCreating customer facing health checks and reportsWhat You'll Need:By the beginning of the internship, interns must be in the penultimate year of their Undergraduate or Master’s degree (not seniors!)Preferred degrees: Bachelor or Master in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics any related field.Great business acumen (double degree in the Business/Marketing/UX field a bonus)Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with experience dealing with customers (retail, supermarkets, hospitality, etc.)Outgoing personality and interested in video recording tools (one of the projects might include recording video guides for customers)An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship fieldStrong problem-solving skillsAlthough CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission.
