Our Hays Gold Coast office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This role is commencing immediately.
This role ensures all stakeholders and customers are greeted in a professional and courteous manner that supports the Hays brand, both face to face and over the telephone. Also providing administrative support to a centralised Customer Support team.
Your new role
- Provide administrative support to our Customer Support team using a centralised ticketing system.
- Welcome all customers at reception in a professional and courteous manner and advise Hays employees of visitors’ arrival in a timely manner.
- Handle in-coming telephone calls effectively and efficiently in line with service delivery procedures.
- Candidate care calls and collecting compliance documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Previous administration experience will be highly regarded
- Effective communication and questioning skills
- Demonstrates professionalism and polished personal presentation
- Pro-active and willing to help wherever possible
- Team oriented
- Data entry and/or word processing skills
