Our Hays Gold Coast office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This role is commencing immediately. This role ensures all stakeholders and customers are greeted in a professional and courteous manner that supports the Hays brand, both face to face and over the telephone. Also providing administrative support to a centralised Customer Support team. Your new role
Provide administrative support to our Customer Support team using a centralised ticketing system.
Welcome all customers at reception in a professional and courteous manner and advise Hays employees of visitors' arrival in a timely manner.
Handle in-coming telephone calls effectively and efficiently in line with service delivery procedures.
Candidate care calls and collecting compliance documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Previous administration experience will be highly regarded
Effective communication and questioning skills
Demonstrates professionalism and polished personal presentation
Pro-active and willing to help wherever possible
Team oriented
Data entry and/or word processing skills
