As a full-time Customer Support and Operations Assistant, your primary responsibility will be conducting field operations tasks while also providing essential customer service support. You will be at the forefront of our operations, performing site visits to reconnect or disconnect services, conduct meter validations, meter reads where required, and executing site audits.
- Service Disconnection and Reconnection: Execute service disconnections and reconnections in compliance with established regulations and industry best practices. Employ a meticulous approach to ensure compliant and accurate disconnections and reconnections.
- Meter Validations: Conduct thorough reviews of meter data and perform on-site testing to validate the accuracy of meter allocations for customers who raise concerns about their metering.
- Meter Reading: While most of our meters transmit data remotely, some meters require regular manual readings. As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc readings.
- Site Audits: You will be responsible for conducting regular site audits to verify the accuracy of information and assess connection statuses. These audits occur both during project handovers and throughout our site management processes, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
