You will be responsible for:

  • Crafting an unparalleled support journey for our valued Customers and Taskers in our dynamic two-sided marketplace - one that's not just reliable, but effortlessly smooth.
  • Championing operational brilliance to turbocharge our internal gears for peak efficiency and productivity, all while ensuring user satisfaction reaches new heights, securing their loyalty.
  • Guiding a proactive operations dream team of Customer Support Agents to fine-tune our marketplace processes, seamlessly aligning supply and demand like a well-choreographed dance.
  • Collaborating hand-in-hand with the powerhouse trio - Data, Program Powers, and Product & Marketing maestros - to weave operational insights seamlessly into the fabric of Airtasker's core marketplace platform.
  • Molding a top-tier team and culture within the Operations domain across all of Airtasker's destinations, transforming work into an exhilarating journey towards excellence.

  • Knowledgeable about contemporary user expectations and adept at navigating Airtasker's product groups.
  • Proficient in local regulatory frameworks for services marketplaces.
  • Exceptional skills in queue management, leadership, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Strong communication and quantitative abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
  • Capable of articulating and owning a user-centric support strategy.
  • Skilled in building relationships, coaching teams, and maintaining high performance.
  • Demonstration of passion, empathy, ownership, and accountability, with reflective and objective assessment abilities.
  • Commercial judgment, result-oriented mindset, and an inspirational leadership approach.
