Address An exciting opportunity exists for a Workplace Rehabilitation Officer within the Safety & Wellbeing team to coordinate work related and non-work-related injury and illness rehabilitation and return to work services across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). This role has a focus on early intervention and improving safe and sustainable return to work outcomes to reduce workplace injury, claims costs and durations.
The Workplace Rehabilitation Officer reports to the Senior Workplace Rehabilitation Advisor.
