About the role
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Customer Service Officer for a 12-month tenure. As the first point of call for customer enquiries, we are looking for someone who holds a considerable level of skill in working with the public to consistently deliver a high level of service to our customers.
In this role you will be able to utilise your strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and to respectfully assist and gain cooperation from clients, EGW colleagues and members of the public.
The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to plan and prioritise their working day to consistently contribute to the outcomes of the team. Microsoft Office proficiency and demonstrated experience in the use of computerised financial systems and financial transactions would be a distinct advantage.

* This role has been classified as per our Enterprise Agreement as a Band 2 position, ($54,693 - $70,080 per annum)* plus 11% employer superannuation contribution. We reserve the right to remunerate successful candidates within the span of this classification dependant on demonstrated skills, experience and qualifications.
