Job Description Qualifications:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be based at our Tullamarine , Vic site.

As the Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.
• Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
• Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunities.
• Responds to customer inquiries on phone’s, emails and Chat function.
• Familiar with Soft phone’s and willing to have difficult conversation with the customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience

Skills:

• Basic PC Skills,
• Good Communication Skills
• SAP knowledge would be advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: University Degree in Business or Aviation; College Level Courses
• Experience: 3 years sales, customer service experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or mfg.
