The Role
Working in a team of committed payroll specialists you will provide client support via phone or email, to some of our 1500+ clients. Clients will contact you for a variety of reasons involving their payroll processing - some simple and some complex, your role is to manage their enquiry until resolution.
You will have a trouble shooter mindset and love working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Clients have issues and you need to resolve them – professionally, quickly and accurately while calmly defusing and managing the client’s expectations.

You
Our clients expect that the person who is helping them knows all about payroll and its jargon, so it would be best if you had a payroll background but don’t be put off, some of our most successful Specialists did not have previous payroll experience. We are more interested in your attitude, professionalism, service orientation and communication skills.
You might have a background in systems support, payroll processing, helpdesk support or customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will have: -
- Demonstrated experience in customer service excellence
- Payroll processing experience would be a bonus but not essential
- An enquiring and analytical mind with the proven capacity to quickly learn multi-faceted software
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
- A desire for constant learning with the ability to listen and comprehend complex processes
