About the Role
This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. The stunning office is centrally located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, easily accessible by public transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls
- Provide accurate and timely answers and solutions to new and existing clients via phone and email
- Create and maintain client files
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively in team meetings and tasks
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Proven previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment
- Financial services experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Experience working with multiple databases, such as Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outgoing, driven, and passionate personality
- Ability to work onsite full-time
