ABOUT THE ROLE:
Customer Support Specialist for our national Customer Support Centre, based in Noble Park, Melbourne.
Whilst providing a positive and professional customer service experience the Customer Support Specialist will provide product & services information, address daily enquiries and assist with any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
This position is primarily responsible for providing Customer Support to customers covering all inbound and outbound customer related contact within the two divisional channels of our business: Medical & Scientific.
You will thrive in a growing and fast paced environment with a passion to provide exceptional support to our customers. You must have a positive attitude, be friendly and empathetic, a quick learner with exceptional troubleshooting and resolution skills.
The successful candidate must meet daily team based Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and take a proactive approach to ensure high quality customer outcomes. Attention to detail, good listening and cognition skills with a ‘right first time’ approach are critical within this highly rewarding role.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in a similar Customer Service role
- Confidence and knowledge of an Inbound Call Centre team - handling customer queries, sales orders, customer returns and credits
- Order management experience and understanding of inventory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in both a team environment and autonomously
- Ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are met
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is preferential
- Previous Experience in Scientific or Medical industry preferential
