Job Description:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting the Operations Manager with daily responsibilities. Your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks focused on sales support and office administrative functions. This position is centered around providing efficient and effective support from our office, handling sales inquiries, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
This job could be suitable for a skilled Administration Assistant or someone who is looking for a Business Administration, Customer Support or administration role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Operations Manager with paperwork, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients under the direction of the Operations Manager. Be ready to learn about the sauna industry, the different products and timbers so the customer questions can be promptly answered.
- Data Management: Help in maintaining and updating operational data, client records, and inventory lists.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and organise travel schedules, ensuring timely visits to factories and client sites.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supportive or administrative role and sales.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Some previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
