Job Description:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring they have a positive experience with our HirePOS app. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to web chats, emails, and phone calls, assisting clients with their queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline Customer Support via web chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist clients with the use of the HirePOS app, addressing their questions and resolving issues.
- Perform application testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our software.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues.
- Continuously improve knowledge of HirePOS features and updates.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Opportunity to develop skills in Azure cloud, security, web development, SQL server, and other SaaS-related areas.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in Customer Support or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of application testing processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS software, cloud services (e.g., Azure), security, web development, or SQL server is an advantage, but not required.
