About the Position:
Join our CW Products team as a Customer Technical Support Specialist! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients with any troubleshooting or system faults. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting trade customers with Technical Support and guidance around the installation and commissioning of our range of roller shutter products and motorisation and control systems
- Troubleshooting and fault finding
- Helping customers with product selection based on their needs
- Oversize shutter/out of spec liaison with customers
- Modifying bill of materials where appropriate for non-standard product customisation
- Customer liaison and processing of return authorisations and sales returns
- A level of specialty shutter order entry and quality checks
- Preparing and providing quotations to customers
‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’.
- Technical nous and hands on experience with installing home improvement related products
- Amazing customer service skills
- Tech savvy with basic understanding of wiring
- Service technician background
- General problem solving skills
- Good communicator with excellent phone manner, and ability to relate to customers and communicate in ‘layman’s terms’
