As a Customs Administration Support, you will be responsible for:
- Prepares customs documents as required per local customs regulations
- Feeds data into customs operating system
- Provides general administrative support to others within Customs
- Data entry of shipping documents
- Liaising with customers and overseas partners for correct documentation
- Managing calls and emails
- Completion of Secondary/tertiary education i.e. Yr 12 High School certificate
- Previous experience in a Customer focused environment or similar i.e. retail / customer service/administration
- Full time unlimited Australian work rights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive telephone and E-mail skills
- Good English skills (verbal/written).
- Results driven and detail orientated.
- High degree of written, verbal, and organisational skills.
