This position is a full-time role in the Works team, based at the Moruya Depot. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries and administrative functions associated with all Works operations.
Your main duties will include:
– Responding courteously to counter and phone enquiries.
– Providing support, communication and assistance to Works Coordinators, operational staff and other depot staff members.
– Maintaining and managing the Request Management System.
– Arranging inurnment’s and burials.
– General administration tasks such as banking, processing invoices and data entry.
You will also need to demonstrate the following in your application:
– Experience with computerised accounting systems.
– Demonstrated ability to work both unsupervised and harmoniously in a team environment.
– Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a busy team environment.
– Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
– Actively and positively participate in team development e.g. toolbox meetings, training and team performance reviews.
