About the Role:
As a key player reporting to the Group ICT Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the security and integrity of our company's ICT systems. Joining the Group ICT team, you'll collaborate with the Business Support team and various departments to ensure our systems remain resilient against evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the security and integrity of ICT and Business systems.
- Assist in planning, designing, upgrading, and implementing ICT and Security systems.
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
- Monitor and analyse security alerts, events, and incidents.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Conduct security awareness training and educational programs.
- Stay up to date with the latest Cyber Security threats and trends.
- Implement and maintain Cyber Security certifications and frameworks.
- Assist in technical escalations from other Group ICT team members.
- Contribute to the ICT and Cyber Security strategy.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Cyber Security role within a business environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, SaaS applications, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (including Server), Microsoft 365 product suite, Firewalls, and Networking.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving ICT and Cyber Security issues.
- Deep understanding of security principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new ICT systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as a collaborative team member.
- Driver's License required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
