This is a blended position which can appeal to a cross-section of security specialists. From tackling incidents, to developing bespoke solutions, working with EDR Platforms (Crowdstrike preferably) and assessing vendors for example.
This role would likely suit a Security Operations Analyst or Security Engineer with around 3-4 years’ experience and ideally a mixture of sec operations & engineering experience.
About you
- Versatile across Windows/Linux/Unix and Public Cloud environments
- Aware, and on top of, emerging security trends and threats
- Pretty well experienced across security controls across various environments
- Incident Response with the SOC team when required
- Some scripting would definitely be a plus
- Cloud exposure, AWS, preferred, but can be taught
