Mane Consulting are partnered with a leading government organisation which boasts a diverse technical infrastructure utilised by a range of engineering teams. They are one of the biggest employers in NSW, with offices in Paramatta, Sydney and elsewhere.
About the role:
With new threats emerging constantly, our client must take steps to ensure that they are implementing best security practices, particularly when it comes to cloud-hosted solutions. Within this role you will collaborate with the wider development and security teams to ensure the full SDLC is safe and secure. Your responsibilities will range from solution design reviews to threat modelling, technical risk assessments and the implementation of best practices across the team.
You will design and execute a range of complex projects, architecture reference patterns and assist in the timely delivery of internal projects, utilising Microsoft security products and a host of other tools.
Requirements for the Cyber Security Architect - Cloud Solutions role:
- Previous experience as a Cyber Security Architect within large development teams
- Expertise in securing AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, Identity/Access management, DLP and CASB
- Technical architecting experience and exposure to Microsoft security products
- Experience in designing and implementing complex security and risks management programs
- Exposure to all elements of the SDLC, ranging from design through to delivery and implementation
- Full right to work in Australia without restrictions
