Cyber Security Program DirectorThis role is suited to a seasoned Cyber Security Program Director proficient in leading significant initiatives geared towards improving organisational Cyber Security maturity. Operating within a Tier 2 financial services business, you will lead the planning, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Cyber Security strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.Benefits/Culture:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Cyber Security Program roadmap and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead the development and enforcement of Cyber Security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Recruit a delivery team according to the approved roadmap and build out a well-resourced program.
• Work with the CISO and Board to take them on the journey.

Skills:

• Proven experience in leading Cyber Security initiatives/programs within medium to enterprise organisations.
• Deep understanding of Cyber Security principles, methodologies, and best practices - ideally in
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
