Requirements
The Cyber Security SME will provide specialist advice and support to the Cyber Security Delivery Lead. The Cyber Security Delivery Lead will contribute to the Department’s future Cyber Security approach, ensuring that the requirements identified in any sourcing transaction align with the Departments ICT and Cyber Security strategy and direction. The Cyber Security SME will work as part of a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists under the direction of the Cyber Security Delivery Lead.

1. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Cyber Security solutions and services across large scale ICT delivery environments including within Government. 2. Demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation. 3. Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. 4. Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
