Our federal government client is seeking a talented and driven Cyber Security SME, you will provide specialist advice and support to the Cyber Security Delivery Lead. The Cyber Security Delivery Lead will contribute to the Department's future Cyber Security approach, ensuring that the requirements identified in any sourcing transaction align with the Departments ICT.
About the role:
- Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices by having 3+ years' experience in similar role within a medium/large size organisation.
- Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large scale ICT delivery environment, including within Government.
- Experience designing and implementing Cyber Security solutions and services across large scale ICT delivery environments including within Government.
- Experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
This role is being offered to those in Canberra, ACT. Initial contract for 12 months and high chance to be extended.
Security Requirements
Our Government Client require applicants must be Australian citizen and must have a NV1 Security clearance and candidate will be required to maintain a clearance at this level.
Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
