We are seeking an experienced, permanent, full-time Cybersecurity Delivery Manager to join our Archerfield, QLD office.
Reporting to the Manager-Cybersecurity, the primary objective of this position is to lead the delivery of the Sime Darby Industrial Cybersecurity Program and oversee Service Management within a cybersecurity context.
As the Cybersecurity Delivery Manager, you will be key in shaping and advancing our cybersecurity initiatives. Your role will involve driving strategic cybersecurity projects, providing insightful program reporting, and ensuring robust service management. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding our digital assets and maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Drive the cybersecurity agenda with your expertise in project delivery, program reporting, and service management.
- Collaborate with various Industrial business units, the Motors division and Group Head Office to structure tasks effectively.
- Manage cybersecurity-related projects using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Neurons ITSM.
- Drive program initiatives and manage project delivery to align with business objectives.
Essential requirements
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project and program management within a multinational organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent
- A solid grasp of Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Professional certifications related to Project, and Programme Management such as PMI, PRINCE2, AIPM, PMP, PMI-RMP or similar
- ITIL V3 Foundation level certification
- Experience in business analysis and requirements definition
- Experience in the systematic application of appropriate indicators/metrics to evaluate and measure information security management program effectiveness
