They're currently on the search for a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service professional to join their expanding team. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service from initial contact through to resolution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service and fostering strong, positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through to resolution.
- Efficiently identify issues and ensure timely resolution by assigning technicians based on priority. Keep a well-organized service queue to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure prompt, clear, and consistent communication with clients and team members. Provide regular updates on service status and keep all parties informed of any changes or delays.
- Oversee Service Delivery processes and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Handle administrative tasks related to Service Delivery, including license management
- Ensure that all client interactions and service tasks meet or exceed excellence benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and client communications. Ensure all documentation is current and easily accessible to team members.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless Service Delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new systems and tools quickly.
