Job Summary:
National Ability Service, a leading NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the office staff, managing day-to-day operations, and working closely with the Director to build and enhance our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of office staff, including admin personnel, client service coordinators, and marketing assistants.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
2. Human Resources:
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure Service Delivery excellence.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance Service Delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Building Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborative Work with Director:
- Work closely with the Director to implement the support model and business strategy.
- Provide regular updates on operational performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
