Job description

Job Summary:

National Ability Service, a leading NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the office staff, managing day-to-day operations, and working closely with the Director to build and enhance our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of office staff, including admin personnel, client service coordinators, and marketing assistants.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Human Resources:

  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure Service Delivery excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to enhance Service Delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Building Client Relations:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively.

6. Collaborative Work with Director:

  • Work closely with the Director to implement the support model and business strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on operational performance and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of NDIS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
