We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. In this critical role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, supporting the vital work of a Federal Government Department.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and implement robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with government security standards
• Analyze business requirements specific to CRM functionalities and translate them into effective technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the department to ensure project success in the CRM domain
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Dynamics 365 CE applications
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CE technologies

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with a strong focus on CRM solutions
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
• In-depth knowledge of development best practices and methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
• Experience working in a secure government environment (Baseline security clearance or above mandatory)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
