IT Help Desk Technician (Newcastle)
Our Client is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their growing team in Newcastle. They are also open to people in Sydney. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for our internal users, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring their smooth operation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues for staff
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person support
- Document procedures and solutions for future reference

- Experience in a Help Desk role is a plus, but recent graduates with a tech degree or certifications are welcome!
