Daily Organiser and Early Learning Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Elphin Campus (Junior School) team on a permanent full-time basis.

The Daily Organiser & Early Learning Administrator has responsibility for the construction and management of the Elphin Campus curriculum timetable, substitution roster (including relief), yard duty roster and weekly campus routines.  They will be involved with the input of student information to assist with a range of campus relevant activities such as the functioning of learning programs, compliance obligations, assessment and reporting.

Additionally, this role facilitates the administration of the College’s Early Learning Centre, including the system administration, student enrolment data and service booking information, via the childcare software management system.  As the conduit between departments, this role often interfaces with parents and families, Early Learning Centre staff, the Finance Department and People and Culture Team.
