Your New Team & Role

This role, reporting to the Conveyor Technology Manager, forms part of our high performing Conveyor Technology team. You will play a key role in developing, managing and providing technical support for the iBelt product and services. This includes, but not limited to the tools, logic/code, queries and reports/dashboards required to deliver data analytic outcomes using iBelt data.

  
Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new data analytical tools, methods and metrics that allows the business and its customers to measure performance of Conveyors and its components.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that visualise, categorise and trend different key indicators and metrics using iBelt data and other data sources
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to identify new sales and service opportunities using iBelt data and its insights, trends, and outliers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to validate outcomes of trials and tests using data and quantitative analysis techniques
• Work with the Technology team to identify gaps in iBelt data, data sets and collection methods. Get involved in iBelt developments and enhancements providing input and advise on best practices in data structures, storage, and analytical processing/resources.

About you

We are looking for a team player who is self-driven and possesses the following skills and experience:  

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role, demonstrating sound knowledge of data analytic techniques and methods; data analytical and reporting tools; data mining, manipulation and querying of databases
• Advanced Power BI / Tableau experience
• Demonstrated ability to work on projects and enhancements
• Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders.
