Required Skills and Experience:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Application as-is analysis in depth understanding of
general application architecture and APIs.
Experience and understanding of Application information exchange workflows.
Understanding of data analytics processes, such as data normalisation and
rationalisation.
General understanding of ICT system integration.
Ability to work with Military staff and Commercial providers to identify and
manage competing priorities.
Well developed time management skills to organize their time to report
against goals and ensure successful completion of tasking.
Experience with delivery of projects in the Defence context.
Formal qualifications/equivalent experience in Project and Program
Management methodologies MSP, Prince2, Agile, PMBOK.
Desirable
Understanding of JC2 systems, strategic networks, tactical networks, and Information
and Communications Technology (ICT) organisations within the ADF (fixed and deployed domains) in the Joint Force operational environments.
Working experience in Defence C2.
Familiarity with data maturity assessments.
Experience with the One Defence Capability System and governance requirements.
Experience in multi-discipline teams.
Understanding of Defence requirements for Coalition operations.
Understanding of C2 systems, strategic networks, tactical networks, gateways, bearers, identity and access management, and API based architectures.
Exposure to ICT organisations within Defence including fixed and deployed domains supporting Joint Force operations.
Awareness of the Information Security Manual (ISM) and the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF).
Detailed understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, software development methodologies (such as Agile and Dev Ops), test and evaluation in development operations, ICT governance frameworks and maintenance and operations environments.
