We are currently recruiting for a Data Change and Innovation Lead, to lead on business intelligence (BI) change programmes across GCS, SME and Distribution. You will use your excellent project management skills to support the SME, GCS, and Distribution businesses in their BI related change projects; utilising business knowledge, data science, and data visualisation techniques to deliver forward thinking solutions to business challenges.

A bit about the job:
As the Data Change and Innovation Lead, you will create and implement change, innovation, and govern best practice across the team, whilst providing technical leadership to Change and Innovation. Leading a highly effective team, c.7 FTE, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, whilst evaluating and monitoring performance. Along with working in collaboration with Senior Leads across data insights to deliver the Commercial Line and Distribution Data Strategy.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
High standards in writing clean, maintainable, and robust code in SQL, Python, R - desirable to have experience with all of these, however, experience of Python is required
Advanced knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing and modelling techniques
Highly capable to lead transformational change, with advanced planning, prioritisation, organisation, and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels, ability to build strong relationships and a collaborative network
Extensive data management experience in large complex organisations

Salary national between £60,000 - £80,000 or London between £70,000 - £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
