Data Coordinator

Key Selection Criteria

KSC 1

Minimum Qualifications Required 

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

KSC 2

Minimum Experience Required 

• Demonstrated experience in data management and attention to detail in transaction processing with high accuracy
• Well-developed administrative skills and phone confidence
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with good problem-solving abilities, efficiency, and a proactive work attitude.
• Possess excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills as a creative and analytical thinker
• Experience working for a charity 
• Good time management skills 

KSC 3

Other knowledge required by the position

• Knowledge of International Aid and geopolitical issues in developing nations.
• Salesforce database experience (Desirable)

KSC 4

IT / Computer Skills Required 

●      Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level, including the following applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

●      Ability to operate Google Drive applications, including the following applications: Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Meets and Slides.

•  Ability to operate Salesforce CRM software (Desirable)
