Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Customer Service department based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. The primary function of the role is to manage service parts and warranty, ensuring accurate support for customers. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH on a 12 month fixed term contract.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process 50% and 25% parts cost Peace of Mind (POM) warranty claims, including invoicing for payment and handling out-of-warranty (OOW) online job or direct payment warranty claims.
- Bi-monthly posting of warranty claims and processing PUMI approval requests.
- Generate monthly warranty reports to track and analyse warranty claim data.
- Manage spare parts stock allocation, handle change or cancellation requests for orders, and process non-chargeable (NCP)/free of charge (FOC) orders for external/end customers.
- Facilitate outbound delivery requests, manage SVC invoice requests, handle email inquiries from external/internal customers, and provide ongoing support to ASCs and BPO Malaysia/SEAU various departments regarding parts ordering and urgent order collection requests.
- Degree of diploma in related field desired
- Ideally 2 years within spare parts and warranty administration function.
