Data Entry Assistant - Despatch

We are one of Australia’s largest Print and Distribution houses, specialising in Point of Sale across all retail markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our busy warehouse team. This role is full time and based on site in our offices at Kilsyth Victoria.  

Duties will include:

• Data Entry
• Creating Pick Lists from Excel Spreadsheets
• Producing Con-notes & organising freight pick ups
• Providing electronic proof of deliveries
• Tracking consignments and progress of deliveries
• Organising associated paperwork for despatch of goods
• Liaising with our sales and production departments
• General admin & paperwork

The successful applicant must have:

• Data entry experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience using Freight company websites for the track and trace of consignments an advantage
• The ability to work under pressure & have good time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise their workload
• Excellent communication skills
• A friendly telephone manner and pleasant personality with the ability to work within a team
