Position Overview: Seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join this tight knit team as a Customer Service/Order Processing Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for their long standing, valued customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing to expedite order processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions and interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed their expectations.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software, Pronto experience is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
