We are seeking a fulltime/part time independent & motivated Data Entry and Internal Sales Administrator. Essential Functions:
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Order entry and inbound customer queries
- Provide accurate quotes in a timely fashion
- Understand and adhere to the documented policies and procedures
- Supporting external sales staff
- Actively participate in a fast-paced environment and organise/prioritise workload to meet demands
- Fully document each new issue and resolution
- Listen understand and convey customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values and financial objectives
- Actively support fellow members of the customer service team by sharing workload and participating in team meetings
- Willing to learn Internal Sales of the business for future growth
- Other duties as directed by reporting manager
Preferred skill set
· 2-3 years customer service experience in Industrial B2B environment, desirable;
Demonstrated experience in a high volume Data Entry role;
· Excellent solution & conflict management experience;
· Excellent presentation skills;
· Strong relationship building skills at all levels;
· Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, persuasion & negotiation skills;
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation;
· Pronto & Cognos CRM experience, highly desirable
