Aramex (Sydney) is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator with a proven history to join the team. The role is focused on the support of the General Manager and Sales Management Team by coordinating and following up Internal Sales leads, Sales reporting, onboarding new customers ensuring correct processes are followed, liaising between Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Sales to ensure all affected parties are engaged and utilised for the best new customer experience.

The Position:

This is an internal role to provide support to the General Manager, Sales Manager and Customer Experience Manager to generate new business leads, develop strong relationships with a portfolio of clients while developing their growth and provide administrative support.

This role will also assist with the administration functions of the Sales and Customer Experience Team ensuring correct processes are maintained and reporting is on time and accurate.

Generate new business leads for the sales team, follow-up on new customers experience and growth, liaise between external customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.  

Retain, Maintain & Grow your allocated portfolio of customers.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Leverage your outstanding lead generation skills to pre-qualify new business leads for the Sales Team.
  • Onboard new self-setup customers as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships and grow the sales revenue for your allocated portfolio of customers.
  • Liaise with Clients, customer service teams, operations, billing teams & management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and detailed reports to suit individual customers, where required.
  • Providing outstanding administrative support to the management team. 
  • Maintaining strong relations with all departments within the business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to minimise errors.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis for Sales and Management meetings.
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Maintain customer database and utilise Salesforce to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide regular customer updates utilising mailchimp and messaging services.

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, an administrator, and a people-person.
  • Require a strong understanding of sales, operations, billing, and business analysis along with the ways in which these areas impact upon the day-to-day service provided by Aramex to each of its clients.
  • Focussed on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to influence many departments within the business to achieve results
  • Understand and influence Salespeople to provide accurate and concise information
  • Efficient and accurate at minute taking for meetings
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Salesforce (preferable) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Microsoft Excel skills.
