Internal Sales/Customer Service Administrator

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand. We design, supply, and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets. 

In the role of Internal Sales administrator, you will work closely with the sales team, and provide customer support and service to new and existing customers or grow and develop the Newcastle business. You will first point of contact for “walk in” enquiries, and support existing customers by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating internal sales inquiries and sales administration such as purchase orders. 

What are we looking for? 

• Excellent customer service skills, with a history of working in Sales/Retail/Customer Service. 
• Strong communication skills, both in person and phone based with the ability to talk to all levels of the organisation.
• Retail/Sales experience, with experience in a tech/phone/computer environment highly regarded.  
• Solid administration skills, with knowledge of MS applications. 
• A “Can Do” attitude that can problem solve and take initiative to problem solve
